In 2022, I auditioned for Berklee College of Music with this mix. This is a mashup of Tonada De Luna Llena by Simon Diaz and a Venezuelan version of “How Deep Is Your Love” by The Bee Gees. The two songs represent deep connections I feel with my Venezuelan roots and my love for 1970’s pop music. Shoutout/full credit goes to Astrid Celeste’s version of “How Deep Is Your Love”, from which we drew inspiration to create this mashup. Finally, a very special thanks to my band (Abelardo Rodriguez, Oscar Perez, y Juan Pablo Solano) for helping me with this endeavor.
